Skills Assessment

Staff skills assessment and career development planning, including organizational matters such as job-descriptions and function evaluations are one of our core activities. SOGOS Consultants B.V. is experienced in development and implementation of graduate staff skills requirement plans for a number of disciplines (Production operations, project engineering, instrument engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering and facility inspection) followed up by staff interviews and staff development /skill improvement plans. Other disciplines could on request be assessed as well. Assessments could also result in additional training requirements for incumbent staff.
